The Eye Pencil Natural Liner is an all-time favorite or a real "classic". This fine soft pencil is easy to apply as an eyeliner, in the water line, but also as a basis for an Eyeshadow. The Eye Pencil Natural Liner is ideal for creating a clean line, but can also be blended well.
The Natural Liner is highly pigmented and available in various attractive colors.
Application:
Use this pencil how you want, along the eyelash edge, in the water line, or fade it with a solid eye shadow brush.
Tip: The Natural Liner can be sharpened super sharp, top for precision work!
